• Oversee daily land transport operations, routing, dispatching, and vehicle capacity to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

• Monitor and analyze transport KPIs, cost per trip, vehicle utilization, and performance metrics to generate actionable management reports.

• Manage transport budgets, analyze cost drivers, and implement strategic cost-saving opportunities.

• Direct and evaluate 3PL service providers, trucking partners, and vendor performance against agreed SLAs and contract terms.

• Lead, coach, and support the transport team while collaborating across departments to align logistics activities with business goals.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transport, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.

• Proven track record in managing 3PL transport vendors, trucking partners, and rate negotiations.

• Strong expertise in land transport operations, route planning, data analytics, and operational KPI reporting.

• Demonstrated leadership ability to coach a team alongside core competencies in analytical thinking, business acumen, and continuous improvement.
