Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a seasoned Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee operation and upkeep of all company vehicles and facilities in Meycauayan. You will plan PMS, drive preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with vehicle standards.
Lead a team of mechanics, coordinate repairs, manage costs, and maintain vehicle records. Strong organizational and customer-service skills are essential for this role.
This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all Company owned vehicles and facilities.
Planning and monitoring of PMS Scheduled
Conduct CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE Maintenance program for road worthiness and safeness of all vehicles
Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
Performs wheeled vehicle recovery operations
Reviews requests for parts and/or items prior endorsement
Conduct Tire Analysis Report as basis for reduction of usage
Monitors the Heavy Equipment Mechanic and the Auto Electrician daily activities and manage them when performing maintenance works
Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage
Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems
Coordinate vehicle repair status to operations
Maintains road worthiness and safeness of all vehicles at all times
Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing and painting
Develops training programs for personnel involved in maintenance work and assists in establishing operation standards.
Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Orchestrate rescue off-site repair
Plan and manage the delivery of UGT and FUEL DISPENSER
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in logistics or engineering course
At least 5 years work experience in handling different kinds of fleet trucks
Advance knowledge of standard practices and equipment of the diesel and gasoline mechanic trade
Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web-based applications preferred
Trucking, logistics, or mechanic experience
Organizational and management skills
Advance knowledge in truck under chassis repair and maintenance
Advance knowledge of the principles of operation of gasoline and diesel engines
Ability to maximize efficiency and minimize the cost of our trucking operations
Advance knowledge of the repair and maintenance of light to heavy trucks equipment
Ability to plan, organize, assign, supervise and inspect the work of others
Valid professional driver’s license required
Strong customer service and organizational skills required
Must possess leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills
