Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or transport operations. Experience with heavy machinery or refrigerated (reefer) vans is highly valued.

Technical Knowledge:

• Mastery of Internal Combustion Engines (Diesel/Gasoline) and automotive electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using Fleet Management Software and GPS tracking platforms.
• Understanding of hydraulics (for crane trucks or dump trucks)

Key Skills & Competencies

• Analytical Troubleshooting: The ability to look at a "Fuel Consumption Report" and deduce that a specific truck has a failing fuel injector before the truck actually breaks down.
• Leadership & Grit: You must be able to manage a team of "tough" drivers and mechanics, holding them accountable for vehicle care.
• Project Management: Capability to manage a motor pool upgrade or the acquisition of a new fleet of vehicles.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Philippine transport laws, weight limits (Anti-Overloading Act), and emission standards.
