Responsibilities

• Monitors equipment and vehicle movement through GPS and coordinates with site personnel regarding usage and location data.
• Conducts regular equipment inspections using prescribed checklist forms and reports noted concerns.
• Prepares and updates fuel budget versus actual consumption reports.
• Maintains accurate records of equipment performance, usage, GPS, and fuel data.
• Assists in ARP reporting and identifies equipment requiring maintenance or replacement.
• Coordinates with Transport, site personnel, and concerned departments regarding equipment status, usage, and operational concerns.
• Ensures proper documentation and filing of GPS monitoring, inspection, fuel, and equipment records.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.
