Job summary

Copeland is seeking a TMS Product Owner to support the Digital Capability team, coordinating with web, PIM, and DAM to manage translation and content platforms. The role oversees translations across vendors, maintenance of TMS systems, and governance of content workflows under the Digital Demand Lead.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with MarTech experience, capable of cross-functional collaboration with marketing, business, and technology teams. Travel is expected at 1-5% as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year managing a digital SAAS Platform.
• 3 years of general digital/MarTech/IT experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to learn and administer SAS platforms.
• Advanced MS Office and business systems skills.
• Strategic/critical thinking and problem solving.
• Willing to work mid-shift schedule (3pm-12am).
• 1 year managing Translation Services (GlobalLink, Smartling, Phrase).
• 5 years of digital/martech/IT experience.
• Basic JSON knowledge.
• Knowledge of ChatGPT or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration of platform systems, users, roles and data across enterprise tools.
• Build enhancements for data and metadata to manage platform-related integrations and backlog.
• Monitor translation requests, coordinate delivery activities and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain data quality and adhere to standard processes for system operation.
• Collaborate with PIM, DAM, Web and Commerce teams to support content processes.
• Assist users with content submissions, exports, troubleshooting and adoption.
• Train and document governance standards and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with vendor teams for system setup and issue resolution.
• Track and manage translation submissions and billing.
• Monitor translation volumes, turnaround times and platform utilization.
