Cotecna is seeking a Content Manager in Metro Manila to develop and optimize content across digital channels, translating technical topics into clear, audience-focused material.

You will lead the Content team, collaborate with LOBs and POCs, manage editorial calendars, ensure brand consistency, and drive campaigns that support growth and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in content management, content marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading and developing a content/marketing team.
• Experience in TIC, Assurance, Quality, or other highly regulated B2B industries is preferred.
• Proven experience managing content across websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital campaigns.
• Experience creating content for technical and professional audiences.
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple business units, SMEs, and senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and align global and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
• Manage editorial calendars for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives.
• Identify content opportunities based on priorities, market trends, and campaign objectives.
• Support product, service, and campaign launches through integrated content initiatives.
• Create, edit, and optimise high-quality content including articles, case studies, white papers, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform technical knowledge into engaging content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, standards, and messaging.
• Establish and maintain content governance processes and workflows.
• Manage website content and partner with digital teams to optimise performance.
• Monitor content performance with analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate across marketing, digital, commercial, and technical teams to support campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Content team and manage workload and priorities.
