Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking an Asset Manager to support digital marketing by administering PIM and DAM platforms, governing metadata, and coordinating with capability owners. You will ensure asset quality, tagging standards, and proper asset categorization across systems.

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years of general digital/martech/IT experience.
• One (1) year of DAM, PIM, asset management, or similar SaaS experience.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Advanced MS Office and business tools proficiency.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration and operational support across PIM, DAM, Azure storage repositories and related systems.
• Manage product-related digital assets including images, documents, videos, and marketing collateral.
• Create, maintain, and govern metadata, tagging standards, naming conventions, and asset classification structures.
• Assist building data model structures for data and metadata to manage platform categorization and searchability.
