TMS Product Owner — Translation Platform Lead

Job summary

Copeland is seeking a TMS Associate Product Owner to support translation management and content distribution across digital channels. You will coordinate with web, PIM, and DAM teams to govern tools and platforms, oversee translation workflows, and maintain data quality across TMS and related systems.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and experience with MarTech platforms. You will report to the Digital Demand Lead and may work with multiple business units globally.

Qualifications

• One (1) year managing a digital SAAS Platform.
• Three (3) years of general digital/martech/IT experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Skill in learning and administering SAS (Software as System) platforms.
• Advanced computer application skills such as MS Office Applications and other Business Systems and tools.
• Ability to think strategically/critically and problem solve with commitment to achieving goals.
• Work mid-shift schedule (3pm-12am) but willing to work on occasional (planned) shifting operations to support the assigned business group.
• Preferred One (1) year managing Translation Services such as GlobalLink, Smartling, Phrase, etcFive (5) years of digital/martech/IT experienceBasic knowledge in JSONBasic knowledge of ChatGPT or AI tools

Responsibilities

• Perform administration of platform systems, users, roles and associated data across a range of enterprise tools including those that may be assigned on an ongoing basis.
• Build enhancements for data and metadata to manage platform in relation to integrations and capability; managing backlog for future improvements.
• Monitor & facilitate translation requests, coordinate delivery activities and ensure timely completion of translation projects.
• Maintain data quality and hygiene and adhere to standard processes to ensure proper operation of systems (Primarily TMS - Translation Management System and other related platforms).
• Collaborate with capability owners across PIM, DAM, Web and Commerce to support integrated content processes.
• Assist users in with content submissions, exports, troubleshooting and platform adoption.
• Train and document governance standards, business processes, system configurations and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with vendor support teams for system setup, configuration, and issue resolution for supported platforms.
• Track and manage orders and billing related to submissions
• Monitor operational metrics including translation volumes, turnaround times and platform utilization.
