Job summary

Grupo Myth is recruiting a seasoned Product Owner / Business Analyst to shepherd digital transformation initiatives in a remote LATAM setting. You will balance technology and business needs, translate requirements into functional specs, and ensure traceability across CCM, OpenText, and related workflows.

With 8+ years of experience and strong communication, you will lead workshops, define project plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions and USD-based payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience working as Product Owner & business analysts.
• Must have knowledge of CCM, Pre-Processor, OpenText etc.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Payment in USD.

Responsibilities

• Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both sides of the business
• Conduct analysis of business issues and challenges.
• Document functional specifications, conversions, upgrades, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflow.
• Help build or Translate business requirements into appropriate Functional specifications with focus on operational efficiencies.
• Act as liaison and participate in defining technology solutions to solve multidisciplinary business problems with long-term implications.
• Facilitate group meetings such as workshops
• Work with end-users to define and execute test scenarios and ensure appropriate end user training.
• Perform analysis of requests for system development / maintenance and determine the most effective approach.
