PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Transition Tools & Reporting Manager to lead outsourced service transitions, oversee delivery teams, and drive performance across client engagements in advisory, assurance, tax, and business services.

You will mentor staff, plan programs, manage risks, and shape continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs and boost service quality while upholding PwC's standards and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 7–11 years of experience preferred.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) required.

As a Transition Tools & Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing outsourced solutions and supporting clients across various functions. You will help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by overseeing key processes and functions on their behalf. Your expertise in project management, technology, and process optimization will be crucial in delivering exceptional services to clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance, while continuously improving and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
