Job summary

Quess Philippines Corp. seeks a senior PM/Transitions lead to drive end-to-end process transitions for BPO engagements on onsite projects in the Philippines. You will assess feasibility for re-engineering and offshoring, work with business users and senior leaders, and ensure consistent service delivery across engagements.

The role requires extensive client interaction, strong program management experience, and a track record of migrating processes within BPO environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a BPO environment.
• 3+ years of the BPO experience should be in Transitions.
• Hands‑on experience in migrating processes.
• Program Management experience in small to medium engagements.
• Valid US and/or UK visas are an added advantage.

• Provide ground level assessment and recommendations on processes with respect to process re-engineering and offshoring feasibility

• To lead client engagements, ensuring consistent service delivery

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
• PMP, PgMP certification (preferred)

Work Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, most of which should be in BPO environment
• 3+ years of the BPO experience should be in Transitions
• Should have hands‑on experience of migrating processes
• Program Management experience of a small to medium size engagement
• Valid (10 year / 5 year) US &/or UK Visa will be an added advantage
