Job summary

Leader Electronics (Philippine Branch) Incorporated is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth in transformers, power supplies and related products. You will develop new accounts, manage existing customers, and provide strong technical and commercial support.

You will combine engineering knowledge with sales strategy to deliver customer-focused solutions, coordinate with engineering and production teams, and help ensure delivery and quality commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in Sales Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of transformers, power supplies and related products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage new business opportunities for transformers and power supplies.
• Build relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, industrial clients, utilities and distributors.
• Prepare and execute sales plans, forecasts and strategies.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue goals and margin objectives.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Production for feasibility and delivery.
• Prepare quotations, costing proposals and technical–commercial offers.
• Manage RFQs, timelines and order execution.
• Monitor project progress and customer satisfaction.
