Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business development for generator and power solutions. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building distributor networks, and managing customer relationships across industrial and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

Degree or background in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5+ years experience in sales of industrial equipment or power solutions.
Strong preference for candidates with exposure to generators / power generation systems.
Experience working with distributors / channel partners, contractors, consultants, or EPCs.

Responsibilities

Drive new business development and market expansion across the Philippines.
Identify, appoint, and manage local distributors and partners; build long-term channel relationships.
Engage customers for pre-sales, gather technical specifications, and translate needs into inputs for engineering.
Coordinate pre-sales lifecycle: inquiries, proposals, pricing, and submissions with regional teams.
Act as the customer POC in the Philippines and coordinate post-sales with regional teams.
