Job summary

Vertiv in the Philippines seeks a Project Manager to support regional and global transformation efforts, leveraging Integrated Business Services resources to improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost.

You will conduct research and data analysis, prepare summaries and presentations, model market and financial data, assess software applications, and help drive roadmaps and transition plans with the Process Architects Program Lead.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of transformation solutions and transitions, synthesizing data to create regional or global solutions and monitor progress against strategy, transitions and targets.
• Support business-led improvement teams with process improvement capabilities, mentoring teams in continuous improvement methodologies, and mobilize SMEs to document processes and drive improvements.
• Develop methods for capturing, processing, analyzing, and reporting current performance and state of business processes to assess feasibility and potential benefits of IBS resources.
