Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Program Manager, Strategic Planning, Asia, to own end-to-end process improvement initiatives across OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP, and Services. You will lead cross-functional sessions, partner with IT and business leaders, and use data tools to inform decisions in a dynamic Asia-focused environment.

The role requires 8–10 years of PM experience, international exposure, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in project management or related exposures to OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP, or Services.
• Experience in an international and culturally diverse organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, provide insights, and solve complex problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Agile process improvement.
• PM certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, etc.) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of the SIOP process and performance improvement across SIOP functions with adherence to global standards.
• Optimize end-to-end OTC, PTP, and NPDI lifecycles to drive operational efficiency.
• Translate global requirements into site-level execution plans with milestones and ownership.
• Provide enhancements of planning and forecasting processes in Asia.
• Ensure supply chain agility and SIOP process maturity across the organization.
• Act as SME for SIOP process and ensure integration across systems.
• Define, cascade, and manage KPIs through tier meetings and leadership routines.
• Lead data integrity and validation for accurate performance reporting.
• Embed problem-solving methodologies (RCA, 5 Whys, 8D) into daily operations.
• Develop and execute a structured SIOP capability-building roadmap.
