The role requires 8+ years in strategic transformation and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, with a strong ability to mentor teams and communicate impact stories to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Service Sector operations with transformation track record.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with ability to integrate LSS with AI-first models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Transformation across workflows and operating models.
• Drive Digital Transformation and Industry Excellence initiatives.
• Develop best-in-class service models for global consistency.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to re-baseline metrics and reduce variation.
• Identify AI-driven opportunities to boost efficiency at scale.
• Mentor teams in Lean principles and modern innovation methods.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align regional/global practices.
• Tell executive stories linking opportunities to business value.
• Prototype MVPs using no-code/AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Build resilience frameworks to protect operations during change.
