Job summary

The candidate should have 10–12 years in Business Transformation, with 5+ years in a management role, and experience in RPA/AI.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years experience in Business Transformation
• At least 5 years in a managerial role
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Insurance background or BT experience valued
• Experience in RPA/AI or transformation initiatives
• Managed 200+ operations FTEs (preferred)
• Open to college undergraduates / IC candidates / local and non-local
• Provision for P43/P44 hires

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Business Transformation solutions for clients’ retained or outsourced operations
• Create end-to-end transformation proposals and future-ready operating models
• Maintain a strong proposal pipeline through stakeholder engagement
• Accelerate digital, data-driven, intelligent operations using tech and process expertise
• Draw insights from client engagement, industry knowledge, and BP expertise
• Engage senior leadership on Transformation Roadmap, TOG and value optimization
• Support RFP responses and run-throughs during sales cycles
• Partner with Finance, BPM and AI ecosystems to enact solutions
