Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Transformation Associate Manager to drive Digital & Process transformation within the Intelligent Operations journey. The role focuses on combining data, technology, and industry expertise to deliver measurable outcomes for retained and outsourced client engagements.

Based in Taguig with Return to Office setup, the candidate will lead 3–4 resources, manage client relationships, and anchor RFP responses while evangelizing automation strategies and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling client-facing projects.
• BPO/Shared Services experience not required; open to other industries.
• Green belt certification or training; Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and evangelize Business Transformation solutions for clients.
• Develop end-to-end transformation initiatives to enable Future Ready Operations.
• Maintain a strong proposal pipeline through stakeholder engagement and outcomes delivery.
• Accelerate digital, data-driven, intelligent operations by integrating AI, analytics, and automation.
• Engage with client leadership to craft Transformation Roadmaps and operating models.
• Prepare RFP responses and guide solution walkthroughs during sales cycles.
• Lead automation as a strategic enabler and align with BPM platforms and governance.
