Qualifications

• Willing to consider Yellow Belt trained/certified; VSM experience accepted.
• Open to consider lower color belts for local candidates.
• At least 1 year of project experience in a client-facing role; BPO/Shared Services not required.
• Open to IC candidates; focus on communication, handling situations and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Open to college undergraduates.
• Open to other industries.
• Open to ASEAN + India candidates; with provision for P43/P44.
• Can consider candidates with BT/OpEx but no Six Sigma certs.
• Can be considered candidates with S&P background/BT experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving process performance.
• Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles.
• Assist organization in creation, monitoring, and analysis of standardized processes.
• Support formal management review of KPIs and train all areas on measurement principles.
• Provide support to weekly/monthly KPI reports and review meetings.
• Facilitate cross-functional process improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Implement strategic quality direction into guidelines and broaden quality culture.
• Develop support assets like tracking tools for success stories and lessons learned.
• Communicate salient quality issues and business opportunities to management.
