Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-school. CA or CPA
- Prior experience of working on 4-5 large scale transformation and implementation delivery programs for global clients.
- Multi-agent orchestration (CrewAI / LangGraph / AutoGen)
Responsibilities
- Strong Finance Process Transformation expertise with AI use case identification & design exposure in OTC / PTP / RTR (incl. FA)
- Agentic AI Design & Delivery: Hands-on designing and deploying agentic / GenAI-powered solutions
- Finance AI Solution Architecting: translate Finance requirements into specs for dev/engineering teams
- AI Fluency: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain / AutoGen
- Automation & Integration design exposure with value case development experience
