Job summary

Apex Group in Manila, Philippines, seeks an Account Manager for Transfer Agency (Dealing) to manage client relationships and ensure accurate delivery of TA services. You will coordinate onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and shareholder record maintenance while meeting AML/KYC and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong communication, experience with TA operations, and ability to oversee reporting and client satisfaction across fund structures.

Qualifications

• AML and regulatory guidance across Cayman, Delaware, Australia, Ireland, Bermuda etc.
• Familiarity with screening tools such as World Check, Pythagoras, Lexus-Nexus.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of FATCA/CRS reporting and US tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN, W-8IMY).

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for assigned clients such as hedge funds and private equity funds.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communications and reviews.
• Understand client structures, products and service expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of Transfer Agency services and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare client reports and support lifecycle events for funds.
