Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Administrative Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across administrative functions. The role targets experienced Supervisors from international BPOs who can apply leadership, customer service, and operations expertise in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervisory experience in international BPO is welcome.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, quality, and team performance.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Admin Officers to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee processing of customer orders, documentation, and master data updates.
• Review transaction errors, perform RCA, and implement solutions.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer concerns and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Branch teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across administrative and customer service processes.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with processes.
