Job summary

MicroSourcing in Libis, Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Transaction Supervisor to lead a dynamic Admin Officers team onsite. You will manage orders, ERP account creation, and master data updates, driving KPI attainment and service quality.

Strong people leadership and Excel skills are essential for delivering accurate, timely transactions. Role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in admin or operations.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and coach teams while managing priorities.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to handle escalations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing Admin Officers team.
• Review transactions daily and conduct RCA to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee timely processing of orders, ERP account creation, and data updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, AR and Admin Support Manager.
• Champion safety guidelines and risk assessments within the team.
