Job summary

Aggressively seeking a skilled IT Technical Trainer at Asticom Technology Inc to design training materials and deliver onboarding programs for project personnel. The role is on-site with hybrid options within Metro Manila.

You will develop manuals, video guides, and interactive modules, deliver group sessions, assess learning, and update content with software changes to ensure staff competency.

Qualifications

• Public speaking, presentation and instructional design skills
• Ability to translate complex technical processes into easy-to-understand guides
• Experience as a technical trainer or corporate instructor desirable

• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Human Resources, or related field

• At least 2+ years experience as a technical trainer, corporate instructor, or documentation specialist

• Strong public speaking, presentation, and instructional design skills

• Ability to translate complex technical processes into easy-to-understand guides
