Product Trainer
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Trainer to lead the enablement of our internal teams and external partners on our advanced digital healthcare solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring that our sales, client success, and support teams are experts in our health-tech platform, and that our medical community clients—including hospitals, clinics, and local government units—can maximize the platform's benefits.
Beyond technical expertise, we value individuals who share our advocacy: helping Filipinos gain access to healthcare as a basic human right. This role offers meaningful opportunities to travel, meet LGUs, and engage with remote communities to ensure our solutions reach those who need them most.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user manuals, e-learning modules, and quick reference guides, for new and existing product features.
- Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct dynamic and engaging training sessions, targeting diverse audiences such as the field sales team, client success specialists, technology and operations.
- Product Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on the health-tech platform's clinical workflows, technical concepts, and value proposition, ensuring all training accurately reflects product capabilities and benefits.
- Sales Enablement Training: Create and lead training for sales teams, focusing on advanced selling skills, product positioning, and conducting persuasive product demonstrations to secure new partnerships.
- Market Alignment: Integrate local healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and competitive insights into training content to ensure relevance to the Philippine healthcare landscape.
- Community Impact: Partner with private sector LGUs and conduct on-site training in remote communities to help expand healthcare access, empowering local stakeholders to use technology for better health outcomes.
- Assessment & Improvement: Implement training metrics and assessments to measure effectiveness, track knowledge retention, and continuously iterate training methods for improved team and client performance.
- System Training: Provide training on the use of internal sales and client management tools, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Product Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Corporate Training Specialist.
- Agility & Adaptability: Possessing a proactive, self-starting, and agile mindset, capable of thriving in high-pressure, rapidly changing technology environments.
- Industry Expertise: Direct experience in product training within the health-tech, medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B software industries is strongly preferred.
- Content Development: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, empathetic, and professional value-driven training for non-technical healthcare professionals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English and Tagalog for effective delivery in both corporate and clinical settings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in training software, LMS platforms, virtual presentation tools, and experience creating engaging digital content.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a health-related field (e.g., Nursing, Health Informatics).
- Field Readiness: Willingness to travel regionally as needed to conduct on-site training sessions for field reps and clients.
- Travel opportunities for client visits, training implementations, and community outreach.
- Direct engagement with private sectors, LGUs and remote communities to make a real impact on healthcare accessibility.
- Employee recognition along with incentives and commission provided.
- Be part of a mission-driven team that values empathy, innovation, and advocacy.
