Job summary

Sound Connection Phils. Inc. is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver targeted training programs, support pre-hire bootcamps and shape a culture of continuous learning for client success.

You will design modules, run assessments, track learner performance and collaborate with the talent team to build SOS Academy's systems and roadmap. A background in L&D or operations training and strong facilitation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a Technical Trainer or QA in BPO or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of BPO platforms, tools or systems.
• Background in learning and development or operations training.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• TESDA TM I/TM II or NC certifications are a plus.
• A passion for people development and continuous learning.
