Job summary

Safc in Pasig is seeking a Training Specialist to design, implement learning interventions and lead training programs for employees across the organization.

You will assess training needs, develop programs, create handouts, and facilitate sessions—from onboarding to leadership development—while maintaining records and evaluating outcomes.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a Training Specialist role, strong instructional design knowledge, and proficiency with LMS, MS Office, CANVA, and databases.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a Training Specialist position.
• Significant experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Good experience of organizing the full training cycle.
• Good practical experience with learning management software, MS Office, CANVA and databases.
• Excellent knowledge of traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
• Close familiarity with talent management and succession planning.
• Strong decision making and organizational skills.
• Good ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates training programs such as but not limited to, employee orientation/ onboarding, leadership training, train the trainers, presentation skills and other soft skills training.
• Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver training programs.
• Evaluates effectiveness of training programs through survey forms, interview and use the relevant data to recommend changes in the program as necessary.
• Ensures that the training modules are relevant and up-to-date.
• Maintains and updates the training activities such as attendance, evaluation result, training cost, and assessment, if any.
• Maintains knowledge in the latest trends and tools in training and development.
• Provide support in developing the annual training plan and reporting on the implementation of the plans.
