Job summary

SPS Training & Consultancy Services Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Training Specialist to deliver engaging sessions, facilitate learning modules, and provide on-the-job coaching across client sites. The role requires 2+ years in training delivery, strong facilitation and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Office location is Ortigas, Pasig, with fieldworks as part of duties. You will collaborate with internal teams and client partners to ensure training effectiveness and alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years or more experience in training delivery, facilitation, and coaching.
• Knowledgeable in hobbies such as card collecting, comics, sports, anime.
• Must have an experience in discussing the topic of Sales, Retail and the likes.
• Preferably with prior experience in developing training modules/slides/decks.
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.
• Amenable to do fieldworks. (Office: Ortigas, Pasig)
