Job summary

Bluebean, Inc. is looking for a Training Specialist to design and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing skills development for its operational teams in Metro Manila.

You will lead knowledge transfer sessions, help create learning courses based on market research, and implement solutions to address performance gaps. The role requires strong communication, writing skills, and conversational English, with on-site work aligned to business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of training or learning and development experience - training design and facilitation.
• Strong logical thinking, learning, and ability to grasp new knowledge and company operations rapidly.
• Strong communication and writing skills, and willingness to share knowledge.
• Conversational level English proficiency required.
• Able to work onsite and align training schedules with business operation hours.
• Financial services or fintech industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and/or develop learning courses in taking into consideration market research for best practices, and current frontline work practices.
• Actively identify performance challenges and skill gaps, and recommend and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
• Complete training-related tasks assigned by the company or senior management, including business and customer research, translation, and other ad hoc projects.
