Job summary

Human Nature ( Gandang Kalikasan, Inc.) seeks a driven Soft Skills Training Officer to build excellence in employees by developing and delivering soft skills and leadership programs using face-to-face and LMS platforms.

You will identify training needs, design and deliver programs across departments, and oversee the rollout of HN Academy training in the South, onsite at Paseo de Sta. Rosa, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as Training Officer with a focus on soft skills in manufacturing/retail
• Experience in training design and content development for face-to-face and LMS
• Experience managing group discussions and delivering training across functions and levels
• Capable of doing Training Needs Analysis and delivering with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Identify employee training and development needs and plan, develop, and deliver soft skills and leadership programs
• Oversee learning and development for specific departments and roll out HN Academy training in the South
• Equip employees with technical and behavioral knowledge, skills, values, and motivation to perform tasks

We are looking for a driven and experienced Soft Skills Training Officer who is committed to building EXCELLENCE in skills, competence, and heart for our employees. The successful candidate will be in charge of the soft skills training using all platforms available.

Job Description:

Responsible for identifying employee training and development needs as well as planning, developing, and delivering appropriate training programs with a focus on soft skills and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the learning and development of specific departments assigned to him/her.
• Equip employees with both technical and behavioral knowledge, skills, values, and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.
• Will oversee the rollout of HN Academy training programs in the South

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Training Officer with a minimum of 3 years doing soft skills aspects in a preferably manufacturing/retail set-up
• Experienced in training design and content development, both for face-to-face and Learning Management System (LMS)
• Preferably with experience managing group discussions
• Experienced trainer across functions and position levels, including supervisors and managers
• Good attention to detail and excellent project management skills
• Capable of doing Training Needs Analysis
• Confidence in training delivery across different positions
• Open to working onsite in Paseo de Sta. Rosa, Sta. Rosa, Laguna
