Human Nature, the leading natural cosmetics brand in the Philippines, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. You will manage multiple requisitions, source top talent, and standardize recruitment processes to support our employer branding initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruitment, strong sourcing across channels, and excellent stakeholder management. Onsite work at Commonwealth QC or Paseo Sta. Rosa Laguna is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or HR-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and multi-requisition management.
• Experience in Beauty/retail/FMCG preferred.
• Strong sourcing across multiple channels and platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Commonwealth Quezon City or Paseo Sta. Rosa Laguna.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume recruitment environment, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. This role will play a key part in sourcing top talent, standardizing recruitment processes, and supporting the company’s employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Requisition Management & Prioritization

• Manage multiple recruitment requisitions simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to identify critical qualifications and prioritize urgent or hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and hiring timelines.

2. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Development

• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, employee referrals, school partnerships, and career fairs.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing strategies for niche positions.
• Quickly identify and endorse qualified candidates to maintain a competitive advantage.

3. Stakeholder Management & Consultative Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide market insights.
• Align stakeholder expectations with realistic recruitment timelines and talent availability.
• Maintain transparency and professionalism, even in challenging recruitment scenarios.

4. Process Improvement & Recruitment Standardization

• Develop and maintain standardized recruitment workflows, procedures, and reporting structures.
• Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment automation tools, and AI capabilities to enhance efficiency.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing actionable insights to HR leadership.

5. Time Management & Organizational Excellence

• Structure daily workflows effectively to balance sourcing, interviews, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Participate in weekly planning and project meetings to ensure alignment with HR initiatives.

6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

• Support initiatives to strengthen employer branding through job fairs, campus events, and recruitment marketing.
• Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional touchpoint with the organization.
• Contribute to onboarding and engagement initiatives to integrate new hires successfully.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, and other similar courses
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role
• At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the Beauty, Retail, and FMCG industries.
• Active participation in church ministry, faith groups, or faith-based community activities is highly valued.
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong sourcing and talent identification capabilities across multiple channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultative recruitment skills.
• Process-oriented, with experience in workflow development, ATS utilization, and recruitment metrics.
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Passion for employer branding, candidate experience, and talent engagement.
• Alignment with organizational values and culture fit.
• Applicants must be willing to work onsite in the Commonwealth, Quezon City or Paseo, Sta. Rosa Laguna, if necessary.
