Qualifications

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop tailored training materials, workshops, and programmes to address the specific learning needs of our employees
• Facilitate engaging training sessions to effectively communicate new policies, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements and tailor programmes to meet business objectives
• Maintain training records and provide regular progress reports to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives
• Continuously research industry trends and best practices to ensure our training programmes remain cutting-edge and relevant
• Mentor and support junior members of the training team to foster a culture of continuous learning and development

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the human resources or recruitment industry
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in creating and delivering training materials using a variety of methods, such as e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training
• Demonstrated ability to analyse training needs, design effective programmes, and measure their impact
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
