Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a training or learning and development role.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Proficient in creating and delivering training materials using a variety of methods such as e-learning, workshops, and on‑the‑job training.
