Job summary

ADEC Innovations is seeking a Senior Corporate Learning Specialist to drive strategic learning initiatives across the organization. You will manage new hire orientation, design modules, and facilitate trainings to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance.

The role requires at least 3 years in corporate learning and familiarity with LMS systems; BPO exposure is a plus. This position focuses on accurate training records, reporting, and ongoing program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or any other related course.
• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Learning or other related role.
• 1 year experience in BPO industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
• Facilitates employee training programs and sessions based on expertise to meet organizational and employee development goals.
• Designs and develops training modules through sound academic research using various instructional tools to ensure effective learning.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs using Level 1-3 assessments to improve future training strategies.
• Organizes internal training courses by coordinating with subject matter experts to deliver relevant and timely sessions.
• Prepares training reports and provides actionable recommendations to enhance training outcomes.
• Manages training records of learners and generates accurate reports to support compliance and performance tracking.
• Handles administrative duties related to training logistics, attendance, and Learning Management System operations to support efficient coordination of training activities.
• Supervises direct report to ensure smooth execution of new hire orientation and accurate updating of training records and LMS accounts.
