Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conducts Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
• Facilitates employee training programs and sessions to meet development goals.
• Designs and develops training modules using instructional tools and research.
• Evaluates training effectiveness using Level 1-3 assessments for future improvements.
• Organizes internal training courses with subject matter experts for timely delivery.
• Prepares training reports and provides actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Manages learner training records and generates reports for compliance and performance tracking.
• Handles training logistics, attendance, and LMS operations to support coordination.
• Supervises direct reports to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate LMS records.

This key position is responsible for managing and delivering strategic learning initiatives that support employee development across the organization. The role provides both technical and administrative expertise in the implementation of new hire orientation and the facilitation of training courses and programs aimed at enhancing employee knowledge, skills, and performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conducts Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
2. Facilitates employee training programs and sessions based on expertise to meet organizational and employee development goals.
3. Designs and develops training modules through sound academic research using various instructional tools to ensure effective learning.
4. Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs using Level 1-3 assessments to improve future training strategies.
5. Organizes internal training courses by coordinating with subject matter experts to deliver relevant and timely sessions.
6. Prepares training reports and provides actionable recommendations to enhance training outcomes.
7. Manages training records of learners and generates accurate reports to support compliance and performance tracking.
8. Handles administrative duties related to training logistics, attendance, and Learning Management System operations to support efficient coordination of training activities.
9. Supervises direct report to ensure smooth execution of new hire orientation and accurate updating of training records and LMS accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or any other related course.
• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Learning or other related role.
• 1 year experience in BPO industry is an advantage.
