Role Overview
We are searching for an energetic, results-driven Training Specialist to lead and elevate our employee learning initiatives. In this role, you will act as a mentor, facilitator, and coach—guiding new hires through onboarding while sharpening the skills of tenured staff. You will cultivate an interactive, supportive classroom dynamic that prepares team members to meet and exceed operational standards.
1. Classroom Facilitation & Learner Engagement
Conduct dynamic Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and virtual learning sessions covering onboarding, upskilling, and cross-functional programs.
Utilize active learning methodologies—including practical simulations, interactive workshops, and role-playing to boost knowledge absorption.
Adapt instructional techniques on the fly to suit different adult learning styles and group environments.
Build a positive, highly engaging learning environment where participants feel empowered to contribute.
2. Performance Coaching & Assessment
Monitor trainee progress closely to spot skill gaps early in the onboarding timeline.
Deliver actionable, real-time coaching and construct personalized improvement plans to ensure employee success.
Administer assessments, knowledge checks, and practical evaluations to verify job readiness before team members step into live operations.
Ensure all graduates meet required operational benchmarks and compliance metrics.
3. Training Operations & Continuous Improvement
Configure physical classrooms and virtual learning spaces (LMS, software tools, training materials) prior to course kickoffs.
Log attendance, grading metrics, coaching history, and overall training performance data accurately.
Gather participant feedback to refine facilitation styles, adjust course delivery, and enhance learning outcomes.
Promptly address and elevate complex behavioral or performance concerns to the Training Manager.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven track record in corporate training, teaching, or peer‑led coaching—preferably within a BPO, logistics, or shared services environment.
Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills paired with an engaging classroom presence.
Group Management: Strong ability to manage classroom dynamics, keep learners focused, and foster collaboration with tact and empathy.
Technical & Delivery Competencies
Deep understanding of Adult Learning Principles and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) best practices.
Hands‑on experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and standard training evaluation models.
Proficiency with virtual delivery tools (MS Teams, Zoom), interactive presentation tools, and performance tracking frameworks.
Skilled in using rubric‑based assessments and targeted coaching models to drive performance improvement.
