Job summary

Cloudstaff is looking for a Training Manager Level 2 who will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of advanced training programs from a remote home-based position in the Philippines. The role focuses on strategic planning, program excellence, and alignment with business goals.

The successful candidate will have 7–10+ years in training leadership, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and strong LMS proficiency to drive continuous workforce development across departments.

Qualifications

KEY SKILLS:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs, workshops, and seminars for diverse skill levels.
• Oversee and manage the delivery of training sessions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.
• Strategically evaluate and update training materials and resources to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Analyze training outcomes, feedback, and metrics to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align training initiatives with business goals and workforce needs.
• Mentor and support trainers, providing guidance and resources to enhance their delivery skills and program effectiveness.

EXPERIENCE:

7-10+ years of experience in training management, program development, or a related field, with a focus on leading advanced educational initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; a Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.

SOFTWARE:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and extensive familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.
