Job summary

The successful candidate will have 7–10+ years in training leadership, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and strong LMS proficiency to drive continuous workforce development across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or certification preferred.
• 7–10+ years in training management or program development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong LMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of comprehensive training programs and seminars.
