Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, orientation, and leadership training.

About the role

Lead and oversee the company's training and employee development programs. The Training Manager will identify training needs, design and implement learning programs, and manage the effectiveness of training initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company's training and employee development programs
• Identify training needs and develop appropriate learning programs for employees and teams
• Design and implement training modules, materials, presentations, and development activities
• Conduct and facilitate employee orientation, onboarding, and other training sessions
• Manage training schedules and ensure the timely implementation of planned programs
• Monitor employee participation and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
• Supervise and provide guidance to trainers and other training personnel
• Coordinate with department heads and managers to identify skills gaps and development requirements
• Prepare training reports, evaluation summaries, attendance records, and other relevant documentation
• Develop strategies to improve employee knowledge, skills, productivity, and overall performance

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Management, or any related field
• Proven experience in Training Management, Learning and Development, Training Supervision, or a similar role
• Strong background in designing and implementing employee training and development programs
• Experienced in conducting training needs assessments and identifying employee development requirements
• Capable of developing training materials, modules, presentations, and learning programs
• Experienced in facilitating orientation, onboarding, technical, product, leadership, and skills development training
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide trainers and training personnel
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
