Job summary

Datamatics CMS PH is seeking a Training Specialist to build and execute internal training programs in Pasig. You will design data-driven materials, coordinate with leadership, and oversee onboarding and continuous learning for employees.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and instructional software
• Experience creating and implementing training frameworks for omni-channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities

Qualifications & Desired Skills

Experience: 1 year and above

Technical / Functional:

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
• Certification from talent and training associations a plus
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
• Experience in creating and implementing training frameworks for omni-channels
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
