Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, support and guide training initiatives impacting the client’s organization.
• Develop dynamic train-the-trainer videos and presentations.
• Upload and update training materials and job aids.
• Respond to emails from internal and external partners.
• Observe training sessions and review content to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with field and operations teams to improve performance.
• Nurture partner relationships and drive training effectiveness.
