Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Education or Communications preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Trainer.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in shifting or graveyard schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create, facilitate and revise training materials and documents.
• Fill out accurate reports.
• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members.
• Facilitate multi-week transmission and blended new hire training & nesting.
• Facilitate floor-training and BQM Training for the program.
• Coach and provide feedback to trainees to meet performance metrics.
• Oversee new hire progression and enhancement training.
