Job summary

Quipper Philippines Inc. is seeking a proactive Partner Success professional to onboard schools, drive product adoption, and manage renewals across assigned areas.

You will coordinate training, monitor usage, and maintain strong relationships with school leaders to ensure renewal and growth. The role requires extensive fieldwork, travel within the region, and regular collaboration with Sales, Product, Content, and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, IT or related field.
• Experience in education or e-learning is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to do 100% fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales relationship of an assigned portfolio of schools, from onboarding through renewal.
• Lead renewal planning and commercial discussions with partner schools, including utilization and renewal proposals.
• Build strong relationships with principals, school owners, academic heads, coordinators and teachers.
• Coordinate training, activation and adoption activities for Quipper products.
• Monitor platform usage and conduct business reviews to increase utilization.
• Identify opportunities for additional licenses and service expansion with Sales.
• Conduct regular school visits and executive check-ins throughout the year.
• Maintain accurate account records and renewal forecasts in company systems.
