Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead and develop the Training Team, ensuring effective delivery of high-quality learning and development programs. The role requires expertise in Training Needs Analysis, curriculum design, training delivery, and evaluation, plus conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Collaborate with Sales Leaders to close performance gaps and drive ongoing learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 1 year in a Training Supervisor or related leadership role.
• Willing to work flexible schedules and extended hours when needed.
• Models exemplary leadership aligned with company values.
• Knowledge of full Training and Development Cycle: TNA, design, implementation, evaluation.
• Experience in Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Training Team to ensure quality training delivery.
• Design and implement Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps.
• Develop curricula and nesting programs aligned with goals.
• Support Sales Operations by ensuring high‑quality and prepared trainees.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and monitor trainer effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to address performance gaps.
• Drive continuous learning to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
