ArmyNavy Burger Inc. is seeking a Training Officer to implement training programs, develop materials, and collaborate with departments to ensure comprehensive employee development. The role includes onboarding, customer service training, and leadership development, with ongoing evaluation and improvement of content.
The position emphasizes coordination of sessions, record-keeping, and alignment with organizational goals, with a hybrid remote work setup in Makati.
The Training Officer is responsible for implementing training programs that support the development of employees and align with the organization's goals. The role ensures that training sessions are effectively conducted, materials are prepared, and that programs are continuously improved through feedback and evaluation. The Training Officer also collaborates with other departments to ensure employees are trained on all relevant processes and procedures.
Conducts training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads and ensures that identified training needs are addressed in training plans.
Prepares training materials, manuals, handouts, and visual aids to ensure clear and comprehensive delivery of content.
Delivers and facilitates a wide range of training programs, including but not limited to onboarding, customer service, and leadership development.
Ensures training content is relevant, engaging, and up to date with organizational needs.
Monitors the progress and performance of employees during and after training sessions to gauge the effectiveness of the programs.
Conducts follow-up evaluations, such as quizzes, tests, and surveys, to assess the knowledge and skills acquired by employees.
Provides feedback to the Training Manager on program outcomes and suggests improvements or changes.
Coordinates with department heads and area managers to schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Ensures that training venues, equipment, and materials are prepared and available prior to the session start.
Maintains detailed records of training attendance, progress, and evaluations.
Prepares and submits regular reports on training programs, participant feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
Keeps up to date with the latest training methods and trends in the industry to continually enhance training programs.
Supports the development of new training materials based on changing organizational needs and industry trends.
Continues to refine training content to reflect new developments and industry standards.
Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Knowledge of customer service, operations, and HR processes.
Familiarity with developing training materials and presentations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to analyze data and evaluate training effectiveness.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
Ability to adapt training delivery based on participants’ learning styles and needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, preferably in the food or service industry.
