Job summary

Vikings Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design and implement effective learning programs that enhance employee skills. You will conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities and collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals.

You will facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees at all levels, evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in training software and learning management systems
• Passionate about employee development and continuous learning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
