Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions seeks an enthusiastic Trainer - Ecommerce to deliver onsite, classroom and workshop-based training for Cebu-based teams. The role focuses on assessing skill gaps, building customized curricula, and delivering engaging sessions to improve customer service performance.

The trainer will develop materials and use interactive methods, simulations, and assessments to measure impact and drive continuous improvement across departments located in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Finished at least 2 years in college
• Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer
• Preferred: Retail background, but can be a trainer for any customer service accounts

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Assessment: identify skill gaps and requirements through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
• Curriculum Development: design and develop training programs, materials, presentations, and online resources for different departments and skill levels.
• Training Delivery: conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars using lectures, interactive activities, and simulations.
• Evaluation and Improvement: assess effectiveness via assessments, feedback, and performance metrics and adjust accordingly.
