Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of ITIL based support process, incident escalation, etc.
• Demonstrate strong experience in Monitoring / Observability tooling
• Some experience with SQL language and databases is a major plus

Responsibilities

• Monitors trading application functionality and performance.
• Acts as second level support for incidents and requests.
• Writes scripts for automation of installation and monitoring tasks.
• Creates documentation detailing application setups and procedures.

Skills

Windows Server operating systems

Unix / Linux (Power user level)

SQL (T-SQL, SQL Server Management Services)

Shell Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Perl)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of networking tools (e.g. ssh, sftp, traceroute)
