Job summary

TP ICAP Philippines is seeking an energetic IT support specialist to manage and maintain the Market Administrators trading platform for the APAC region. You will be the first point of contact for brokers, handling incidents, data integrity, and system monitoring.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and other teams to test and roll out new and existing projects, including out-of-hours coverage for upgrades and releases. A strong mix of technical and client-facing skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Financial Services preferably
• Operational support experience

Responsibilities

• First and second line support for Market Administrators trading platform; incident and problem management; investigate, resolve, escalate, log, and trend issues
• Maintain data accuracy on the platform with updates and proactive monitoring
• Log and track requests via ServiceNow; ensure incidents are logged for compliance
• Monitor support chats and respond to user queries promptly
• Analyze system logs and trade flow issues across front and back office systems
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to raise workflow improvements
• Coordinate internal training for Market Administrator platform; test new releases
