Job summary

TP ICAP in Manila is seeking candidates for Trade Management Operations to support brokers and trading desks in cross-asset environments (FX, Money Markets, Rates, Fixed Income and/or Equity Derivatives). The role focuses on trade booking, confirmations, and lifecycle support for APAC markets from Manila.

You will collaborate with Front Office to discuss initiatives, ensure trades are booked correctly, and provide risk-aware operational feedback throughout the trade lifecycle.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge across FX, Rates, Money Markets, Fixed Income or Equity Derivatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience handling trade workflows and trade confirmations.
• Ability to communicate with front office and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on public holidays with rotations.

Responsibilities

• Process trades from front end capture systems into TP ICAP platforms in a timely manner.
• Deliver trade confirmations to clients via fax/email/ACS.
• Liaise with brokers/customers on non-delivery of confirmations.
• Resolve electronic confirmation issues with 3rd party vendors.
• Enter trades into clearing venues accurately.
• Perform daily/periodic reconciliations and EOD tasks.
• Maintain audit trails and up-to-date SOPs.
• Provide regular reports to management.
• Support escalation protocols and team structure.
